Mr. John Christopher Mesana, a faculty member of the Senior High School Department, had published his co-authored paper in the latest volume of Anatolia: An International Journal of Tourism and Hospitality Research. He is a co-author of the said publication along with Prof. Allan de Guzman of the University of Santo Tomas and Prof. Jonas Airon Roman of Thompson Rivers University, Kamloops, Canada.
Entitled “Examining Chefs’ Social Responsibility (CSR) during the COVID-19 pandemic”, the paper is a thematic content analysis paper on various social responsibility-driven initiatives of chefs in several countries. Online resources such as online news and YouTube videos were their data sources that led their study in the global chefs’ corporate social responsibility in this challenging times.
