Asst. Prof. Kobe Bryan Loterinia is participating in the 67th Annual Convention of the International Studies Association, held on March 22–25, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio, USA. Asst. Prof. Loterinia is presenting his paper titled “Developing State, Experts, and Climate Policy: Narratives and Expert Roles in Philippine Ratification of the Paris Agreement,” contributing to global discussions on governance, expertise, and climate policy.
Letran, PICPA Forge Academic Partnership for Customized Teacher Certificate Program
Colegio de San Juan de Letran strengthened its commitment to academic excellence and professional development through a formal partnership with the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the PICPA Foundation, marked by a virtual Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony on March 19, 2026, introducing a Customized Teacher Certificate Program (TCP) for qualified members.
