Letran Manila Strengthens Global Academic Collaboration Through MOA with St. Dominic Catholic High School, Taiwan


Representing Letran during the ceremonial signing were Rev. Fr. Raymund Fernando P. Jose, O.P., Rector and President, and Prof. Danilo K. Villena, Ph.D., Vice President for Academic Affairs, with Ms. Donna Serrano, LPT, Principal of the Integrated Basic Education Department, serving as witness. Also present were representatives from the Research and Publication Department, Alumni and Public Relations Department, and the Integrated Basic Education Department.

Representing St. Dominic Catholic High School were Mr. Yao Lung Lin, Principal, Mx. Chia Chin Yang, Chief Secretary, and members of the school's academic leadership.

The Memorandum of Agreement establishes a framework for long-term collaboration between the two Dominican institutions in the areas of academic and cultural exchange, student and faculty mobility, collaborative research and publications, international classroom engagements, cultural immersion activities, and other joint academic initiatives.

Through this partnership, Letran Manila and St. Dominic Catholic High School aim to enrich learning experiences, strengthen research collaboration, and foster intercultural understanding while preparing students and educators to thrive in an increasingly interconnected global community.

The collaboration likewise reinforces Letran's commitment to expanding its international partnerships and creating transformative educational opportunities that promote innovation, academic excellence, and global citizenship.

The ceremony concluded with both institutions expressing their shared commitment to building a meaningful and enduring partnership that will benefit their respective academic communities and contribute to the advancement of quality Catholic education across borders.
