Faculty Members of BED and SHS Participate in RPD-Sponsored Faculty Research Colloquium

Faculty members from the Basic Education and Senior High School Department had presented their research papers in the Faculty Research Colloquium organized virtually by the Research and Publication Department on June 4 and 5, 2020.

The presenters of the said colloquium are faculty researchers who had received an Employee Research Grant from the RPD last academic year. Furthermore, these papers come from different fields of interests—psychology, education, development studies, and educational innovation.

Presenters and papers include the following:

1. The Role of Subject Coordinators in Curriculum and Instructional Management by Mr. Edwin Palaganas, Ms. Teresa Magpantay, Mr. Ernesto Dondriano, and Ms. Karen Ignacio (BED)

2. Determining the Problems Encountered by Grade 8 Students in Accomplishing Performance Tasks by Mr. Jesus Cababa, Ms. Lea Donasco, Ms. Nenita Pascual, and Ms. Elvira Tabinas (BED)

3. Perceptions of Students and Teachers on Out-of-Field and Subject Specialized Teaching in Science by Ms. Cathlea Tongco, Ms. Kristina Pamela Aguinaldo, and Mr. Calvin Joshper Calvadores (BED)
