RESEARCH | The Research and Publication Department of the Colegio de San Juan de Letran conducted a benchmarking visit to the University of Makati as part of the Colegio’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its innovation practices and institutional strategies for internationalization.
The benchmarking activity focused on gaining insights into guidelines, protocols, and best practices related to Global Rankings Initiatives. During the visit, the RPD was able to learn from UMak’s institutional processes and documentation for submissions, innovation-driven and organizational structures.
Through this collaborative engagement, both institutions reinforced their shared commitment to innovation, research excellence, and meaningful academic collaboration toward global competitiveness.
Likewise, the RPD extends its gratitude to Prof. Elyxzur C. Ramos, Ph.D., CESE, President of the University of Makati and an alumnus of Colegio de San Juan de Letran, for graciously accepting the benchmarking request and for generously sharing UMak’s valuable insights and best practices.
