PARTNERSHIP | Letran and PDM Forge Partnership to Advance Research and Internationalization
Colegio de San Juan de Letran welcomed the delegation of Pambayang Dalubhasaan ng Marilao (PDM) on October 6, 2026, for a benchmarking engagement focused on strengthening research development, scholarly publications, and internationalization initiatives.
The engagement brought together Letran officials, led by Rector and President Rev. Fr. Raymund Fernando P. Jose, O.P., Vice President for Academic Affairs Prof. Danilo K. Villena, PhD, and Director of the Office for Innovation, Research, Planning, and Quality Assurance Asst. Prof. Louie Ian Mariano, MEN, alongside PDM officials led by College President Dr. Maria Theresa B. Aquino.
The benchmarking visit provided an avenue for knowledge exchange and the sharing of institutional practices in research management, publication development, and international academic engagement.
A significant highlight of the visit was the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Letran and PDM, formalizing their commitment to collaborate in research, scholarly publications, capacity building, and other mutually beneficial academic initiatives.
Through this partnership, Letran continues to strengthen academic linkages and foster collaborative opportunities that advance research excellence, innovation, and global engagement.
