Faculty members from the College of Business Administration and Accountancy and College of Education and non-teaching employees of Library Services and Department of Student Affairs had presented their research papers in the first leg of the Arriba Employee Research Symposium held this June 23, 2021.
Seven papers were presented with topics student services, library research development, tourism, business and management, and educational management. These research papers were funded by the Colegio last academic year 2019-2020.
The researchers who presented in the symposium are as follows:

Ms. Marinella Hernandez and Ms. Jillian Nathalie Garcia (DSA): “Factors Affecting the Survival Rate of Collegiate Scholars: A Cohort Study”
Asst. Prof. Maria Rowena Diocares and Asst. Prof. Adorita de Jose (CBAA): “Status of Manila’s Tourism and Food Enterprises in time of COVID-19 Pandemic”
Asst. Prof. Joy Chavez, Asst. Prof. Enrico Calantas, and Prof. Danilo Villena, PhD (CoEd): “Teaching as a Second Career: The Perception on the Offering of Education Units to the Various Programs of Colegio de San Juan de Letran Manila.”
Assoc. Prof. Ma. Nancy Balasan, DBA (CBAA): “Relationship of Green Purchase to Operation, Branding and Sustainability as Practiced by Selected Companies”
Assoc. Prof. Virginia Salonga, DBA and Assoc. Prof. Maria Luisa Porciuncula, DBA (CBAA): “Correlation of Organizational Trust, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Input factors on Work Productivity in the context of HEI’s amid COVID-19 crisis”
The second and third leg of the symposium is scheduled on June 30 and July 7, 2021, respectively.
