Assoc. Prof. Glen Mangali, a faculty member of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, had published his paper in Volume 58 No. 5 of the Psychology and Education Journal, a SCOPUS indexed journal.
Entitled “Impact of Institutional Implementation of OBE Assessment: Process vs. Output”, Assoc. Prof. talked about his in-depth case study analysis of the views of learners and teachers in Outcomes Based Education (OBE) in a private school in Manila, Philippines. After analysis of the responses 68 faculty members and 268 students in the said school, it has been concluded that reskilling and upskilling of teachers and school heads needs to be a focus of academic institutions to keep up with the changing landscape of education.
